Covid-19 Guidelines

Client Guidelines:

  1. Clients must wear a face mask at all times. If you are unable to provide your own mask, you may purchase a disposable mask from your artist or a staff member.

  2. Clients will be asked to sanitize hands when entering the studio.

  3. Clients will be asked to allow their artist or a staff member to take their temperature using an infrared thermometer when they enter the studio.

  4. Clients must come to the appointment alone. No guests or visitors will be permitted to enter the studio.

  5. Clients may only bring essential items to their appointment. Essential items may include: medically necessary items, phones, glasses, credit cards, and keys.

  6. Any essential item brought into the studio must be sanitized when entering.

  7. Clients will make their artist aware if they have a compromised immune system prior to scheduling an appointment.


Artist and Staff Guidelines:

In addition to regular sanitation and safety procedures,

  1. Artists and staff will wear a face mask at all times.

  2. Artists and staff will wash and sanitize hands when entering the studio.

  3. Artists and staff will have their temperature taken using an infrared thermometer when entering the studio.

  4. Artists and staff will maintain a 6 ft distance from other artists and clients when possible.

  5. Artists will not be conducting in-person consultations. All consultations must be done virtually.

  6. Artists will be limited to two clients a day. Clients must come in separately.


White Raven Tattoo Studio: New Procedures & Practices

  1. White Raven will have strict business hours of 12 pm - 7pm, Tuesday - Saturday. We will open at noon and lock the door at 7 pm. There will be no exceptions (i.e. no Sunday or Monday appointments, no coming in early, no staying late).

  2. White Raven will provide clients a sanitation station by the entrance. This station will provide clients with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for personal essential items.

  3. White Raven will be using one door as an entrance/ exit. Please note that our State St. entrance will be locked and you will need to use the back entrance in the parking lot to enter and exit.

  4. White Raven may refuse service and require a client to leave if the client will not follow the CDC and studio safety guidelines.

  5. White Raven may refuse service and require a client to leave if the client displays symptoms of Covid-19 such as a persistent dry cough, shortness of breath, and/or a fever at or above 100° F.

  6. White Raven may require notice from a client if the client tests positive for Covid-19 within 14 days after the tattoo session.

  7. White Raven will require any artist or staff member who is exposed to Covid-19 to take a 14-day absence from the date of contact with an infected client.
